Is The Loft limited to strictly recording podcasts? Absolutely not!
We’ve had our client book our studio for voice-over recordings, audiobook recordings, content for online classes, audio work for movies, social media, commercials, and more!
If you need a studio to record professional-quality audio – then The Loft is your North Dallas solution!

Book ten (10) – 2-hour sessions in advance and one of those 2-hour sessions will be complimentary!
Ask the Guru – 10 Session Package
Book ten (10) 1-hour sessions with the “guru”, Alastair Hunte, and your 10th session is complimentary.
After purchasing these packages, you will receive an email with a unique link for booking new events.
We’d love to show you around and give you a tour, complete with a quick overview of our top-notch equipment and software. This is your perfect chance to get to check out the studio setup.
To secure your tour spot, a $20 deposit is required.
Don’t worry, this deposit will be applied to your next studio booking or podcast service after your tour. Just make sure that if you need to cancel – do it at least 24 hours before your session to receive your credit. Unfortunately, no refunds are offered for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Can I record music at The Loft?
We’re experts in recording spoken-word content, like podcasts, voiceovers, and other similar audio recordings. Although we’ve got the capability and equipment to record music, it’s not currently something we offer. Right now, our focus is on capturing the best high-quality, clear, and professional-sounding spoken-word recordings possible.

Can I bring food or drink?
At The Loft we realize that recording sessions can be long and demanding. We also know that having access to food and drinks can help keep you energized. Therefore, we allow clients to bring their own food and drinks into the Green Room area of studio. Drinks are allowed inside of the actual recording booth, but food must stay in the green room area.
If you have any specific requirements or requests, please don’t hesitate to ask our studio staff.

When you book a recording session at our studio, you’ll have exclusive use of your selected recording space, equipped with all the necessary tools to create awesome recordings! Think microphones, mixers, and video equipment – we’ve got it all!
Our studio’s got cutting-edge technology, and we’re meticulous in maintaining and regularly checking our equipment to make sure everything’s in tip-top shape. You can focus on your recording session with peace of mind, knowing you’ve got access to the best tools and tech available.

What is the size of the recording space?
The recording booth is an 8 ft x 10 ft space, which can accommodate up to 4 people total (which leaves room for the table equipment, etc.) The booth has two silent fans to circulate air in and out of the booth, and LED lighting options for recording.
Do you have power outlets available in the booth?
Yes! We have a six plug power outlet with three USB charging ports on the table to allow you to charge and connect your phones, laptop, tablets, and other electronic devices.
Can you edit our audio and video for us?
We get it, your recording sessions are just the beginning, right? That’s why we’ve got your back with our professional audio and video editing services that’ll take your content to the next level!
